Luciano Cristobal is one of the true OGs of Argentina. He has been on the scene since before the scene existed and has been killing it all the way. His family is well known in Argentina for their culinary endeavors as well. His brother owns one of the most popular restaurants in the San Telmo neighborhood and had a cooking show on television until recently. This was an obvious choice for our Skaters Cookbook section and we are proud to have one of the masters from Argentina show us how to prepare a proper guiso de lentejas. Pour up a yerba mate (or a coffee if you don’t have one) and take notes on this classical Argentinian dish. As a side note: The food actually tasted as good as it looks, in case you were wondering.
